Always makes me smile when I see the Star Barn portrayed online or far from PA. I’m a PA-born and raised gal, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve driven by that barn. I’m glad it’s still around and kicking. If you’re a local, you know they make noise about tearing it down about every 5 or 10 years. Piffle!
Thanks. Yeah, I’m surprised it’s still standing. But even more surprised that these shots are my first time shooting this site.
It’s photogenic! I think you could’ve done without the star/snow effect though. 🙂
If you ever make your way up to mid/upstate PA, there are some striking homes & barns in Williamsport and Mansfield.
Thanks for your comments. But that’s the only reason I’m posting these: to blur the line between art and photography. To post realistic shots from an iPhone pits it against high-end cameras. In my estimation, the main benefit of an iPhone camera is to utilize the apps to create expressive art. Which is why I’m pushing the envelope to create some fairytale-like images.
